1. About RevBook

RevBook ("we", "us", or "our") is an online booking platform that connects customers with licensed independent mechanics and mobile auto shops. We are not a mechanic, repair shop, or automotive service provider. We provide the technology to facilitate bookings only.

2. Our Role

RevBook acts solely as a marketplace and booking intermediary. The service agreement for any automotive work is between you (the customer) and the mechanic directly. RevBook is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, or outcome of any automotive services performed.

Payment for services is made directly to the mechanic. No payments are processed through RevBook.

3. Mechanic Verification

All mechanics listed on RevBook are required to confirm they hold a valid Certificate of Qualification (310S or 310T) as issued by the Province of Ontario. RevBook collects this declaration but does not independently verify credentials. Customers are encouraged to confirm credentials directly with their mechanic.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Bookings are confirmed at the mechanic's discretion. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the mechanic directly using the information provided in your confirmation.

5. Customer Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. RevBook will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to facilitate your booking.

6. Privacy

When you submit a booking, your name, phone number, email, and vehicle information are shared with the mechanic you have booked. This information is necessary to facilitate your appointment. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

RevBook is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from automotive services booked through our platform. Use of RevBook is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
